I am really looking forward to this next weekend. LaBrett and I have been talking about doing a race out of town, just because we can. We found a race in Austin called Keep Austin Weird. From what I have read, this race is known as the slowest race you will ever participate in. Apparently, there are several stops along the way to enjoy some music, ice cream, shopping, etc. A very unconventional type “race”. But, if you are going to go out of town to participate in a 5K race AND make a girls weekend out of, why not make it an unconventional race!? The wild and crazy of this, we are just going to wing it and hope they have some vacancies at nearby hotels. Not even going to call ahead for reservations. That’s just how we roll!

That’s not really how you guys roll. At all!! LaBrett has to know the route to her destination, and you, my dear, need to know where your going and where your staying. :D “How we roll” Pffft!! I know better.
